The Label Network connects Danish jazz labels and serves as a platform for skill development, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. Now, Jazz Danmark and Aarhus-based label Blikflak invite you to a networking meeting focused on sparring and building new connections.

Together with Blikflak, we’ve put together a program covering themes such as visibility, reaching new audiences, and the potential for collaborative projects – for example, in connection with live events. Read about Blikflak here.

The meeting is open to both labels already part of the Label Network and new labels that could benefit from joining the community. To participate, however, you must have released at least two recordings within the past year.

Purpose and Schedule

At the meeting, we’ll address questions like: How is Danish jazz doing right now? And how can Danish jazz labels collaborate across the board to strengthen the narrative around Danish jazz? The event aims to support the many great initiatives already happening within the label community, and a facilitated dialogue will give participants the chance to engage and exchange across networks.
