The event takes place in Bremen, Germany, and is both a traditional trade fair with over a hundred stands and a showcase festival featuring performances from a broad range of musicians. More than 3,000 participants from the international jazz scene take part, making it one of the largest jazz fairs in the world.

Get a Discount

Every year, 75-90 Danish delegates sign up as co-exhibitors at the Danish stand. JazzDanmark hosts the stand, which includes musicians, live event organizers, record labels, managers, and other music industry professionals. Being part of the umbrella stand grants a discount on your participation.

If you want to register for the Danish umbrella stand, you need to sign up as a co-exhibitor directly via the Jazzahead! website. Once you’re logged in, select “Register as Co-Exhibitor.” Then, enter stand number 6E33 and use the discount code 25GEMTR1 to pay immediately.

Go to the Jazzahead.de registration page via this link and click the Co-Exhibitor button.
Create an account and fill in your details. (Enter Jazz Danmark as the “Main Exhibitor” and Peter von Freiesleben as the “Contact Name Main Exhibitor” at the bottom of the first page.)
Enter stand number 6E33.
When prompted for payment, use the discount code 25GEMTR1.
Registration costs €184.45 (approx. 1,375 DKK) with the discount code applied.
In addition to the registration fee, you’ll need to cover your own hotel and travel expenses. It’s recommended to book your hotel through the jazzahead! website, and do so well in advance as hotels fill up quickly.
