Several Danish bands will perform at Jazzahead
Once again this year, Danish Clubnight presents three Danish jazz ensembles at one of Bremen’s historic jazz clubs. Meanwhile, Smag På Dig Selv will perform at Jazzahead’s official showcase.
Bremen’s jazz audience and bookers from around the world can look forward to three very different musical experiences when ALAWARI, Jens Fisker, and Cecilie Strange take the stage during Jazz Denmark’s Clubnight at the historic venue Lila Eule in Bremen.
Smag På Dig Selv to perform at Jazzahead’s official showcase
The Danish jazz band Smag På Dig Selv has also secured a spot in Jazzahead’s official showcase. Only 38 bands from across the globe are selected to perform at the festival. The last time a Danish band was represented was in 2022, when Kathrine Windfeld Big Band was featured. Additionally, in both 2022 and 2024, Teis Semey performed with a Dutch lineup.
